About Us

My photo
We met through work back in 2004. We began dating months later on February 15, 2005. We gave eachother rings by September of that same year. June of 2008 we began discussing babies. Natalie's 21st birthday was in September, so we decided to try with the doctors when we got back from vacation. In October 2008, we became pregnant, first try! We now want to share our journey through life with friends and family!

Look how fast he is growing!

House Update!!!

So, above are some pictures of the inside of our potentially new house! The first one is of the HUGE backyard; 2nd is the front entry way; 3rd is bathroom; 4th is kitchen (stainless steel appliances); 5th is the front living room. It is 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2 car attached garage and is about 1400 sq feet. We really love this house a lot and it is right below 200k which is our limit on spending. We just officially got pre-approved today for the loan amount circumstantial that the seller pays closing costs. :) Which we want anyways. We also want a wooden fence put in also. We can work on the landscaping, but I want a fence and dont have the money right away to put one in, besides that it says fully fenced yard in the description and there definitley is not a fully fenced yard, each neighbor has their OWN chain link fence! LoL So, tomorrow the real estate agent is writing up the offer and submitting it into the seller. The seller is a contractor and has NO offers in right now... he also has a bunch of other new houses up around for sale and is trying to get them sold fast. So, hopefully he will just give us what we want and we will be set! :) I will post more when we find out more info, in the mean time we have to figure out how to break this to our WONDERFUL landlord. :( Not fun!

  2. That is awesome! Get ready for this rollercoaster ride! LOL The pictures are great... I can definitely see the potential! Your seller should be able to install the fence for you - in this market, you'll be able to get more than you think from the seller. We had our seller pay our closing costs, our down payment, our HOA fees for a year, and half the price of our new roof. Sellers are VERY motivated right now so use that to your advantage. Good luck and keep us posted!

  3. Love the kitchen. Our seller got us a few new things..air conditoner, roof, and paid our closing costs as well, he also lowered the price quite a bit below what he was asking, so make sure you work some deals. Also, I'd recommend getting a house that you are happy with right now, cause you won't ever find the time to fix things up the way you want them to be. Trust me, I hated our kitchen but decided that we could fix it once we moved in and two years into it, there is no way we will ever find the time or finances to make it a priority...

  4. What a darling house.. I see so much potential with that huge backyard! Flowers, trees, garden, you name it:D Hoping the seller agrees to what you asked for....

P.S. In the kitchen photo is that a coach bag I see?

  5. Yes, that is my coach bag LoL it is my baby!! Well, the offer papers just got sent over to the seller and we gave him until tomorrow to have a decision. We did ask for the fence to be included, it says in the NWMLS description that it is a "LARGE FENCED LOT" the only fence is the neighbor's chain link fence, which is not what I call a fenced lot. LoL He also has to pay closing costs otherwise our loan wont go through. So, that is good.
