About Us

We met through work back in 2004. We began dating months later on February 15, 2005. We gave eachother rings by September of that same year. June of 2008 we began discussing babies. Natalie's 21st birthday was in September, so we decided to try with the doctors when we got back from vacation. In October 2008, we became pregnant, first try! We now want to share our journey through life with friends and family!

Look how fast he is growing!

Our fun day!!!

So, today we went and met with a realtor to look at a couple houses! We applied with BECU for a mortgage loan yesterday, and we were approved but it had to go into review because of the type of loan that it is. They have this new loan out called a HLPR loan and it is a home loan payment relief. They make it for first time home buyers and our income had to be less than 77K , which we make about 73 together, so it is close cutting! :) We found a brand new house built last year, never been lived in for 19,950.00 it is 3 bed & 2 bath with attached garage and HUGE backyard. The only crappy thing is that there is NO landscaping at all. So, we would have to do all of that fun stuff. We are trying to stay underneath 200K. We will find out on Monday/Tuesday if we are officially pre-approved. It is just really tempting to buy right now with the market and also the first time home buyers tax credit!!!! WooHoo After we looked at the house, we went home and rented some movies and just ordered pizza to be delivered (which is kinda spendy, but we dont do it that often) So, overall good day, then we get to set the clocks back tomorrow and watch the season finale of L Word :( tomorrow night.

Aiden has been doing really good, he moves ALOT.... I cant even begin to think about having to count these eventually, he has ADD or something, he moves non-stop, but I am ok with it. Really bummed that if we do get this house, I get to RE-DO the stinkin nusery :( Not happy about that. Check back after we find more info on the loan.

  2. Being gay myself.. its nice to see to young lesbians who are devoted to each other and starting a family. Aiden is a very lucky boy, and you are both so lucky to have found each other with all the crazy people out there.
    Good luck with the loan!

  3. Good luck! We bought our first house in 2007, and let me tell you, I felt like I signed my life away that day. It was definitely more stressful than when I gave birth! lol
